In order to maximize the service life of a roofing system and to catch any potential problems in the early stages, a program of annual or bi-annual roofing observations is highly recommended. The relatively low cost is easily justified when compared with the enormously high cost of repairs or replacement. All discrepancies and any recommended corrective actions are documented into a detailed report and roof plan. If requested, Schultz Consulting will recommend qualified contractors to perform any necessary repairs or replacements.
